Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or exchange subject to the following conditions:

• Request is made within 3 days from the delivery date.
• Goods/Product is unused, unworn, and in original conditionin original shipping container as received.
• Original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and receipts are included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective:

• Clearance or sale items
• Customized or special-order products
• Gift cards
• Goods/Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• If your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
